Callouses and Corns:

These are a build up of dead skin cells on the bottom of the foot or on toes.  There are many underlying causes for these, most of which can fall in the bunion and hammertoe range.  Pumice can file these, corn remover can help very deep and punctate corns, but this is very dangerous in persons with diabetes or poor circulation or neuropathy (numbness).  These are treated on individualized basis.
